This Privacy Policy explains how Tutarium collects, uses, and protects information when authors use the service and when readers visit public book, campaign, author, and outbound marketplace links.
Information authors provide
Tutarium stores account data needed to provide the service, including account email addresses and authentication-related profile records. Authors may also provide author profile data, book metadata, edition details, cover and profile image URLs, campaign settings, marketplace destination URLs, affiliate tags, and related publishing or promotional content.
Public profile and book information
Public author profiles and public book pages may display author names, biographies, profile images, social links, book titles, descriptions, covers, edition labels, marketplace choices, and other content supplied by the account holder. Authors are responsible for ensuring this content is accurate and that they have the rights needed to publish it.
Analytics and routing information
Tutarium records click analytics and page-view events so authors can understand how their links perform. These events may include the type of event, the related book, edition, short link, campaign, marketplace domain, destination URL, country code, referrer, UTM parameters, and time of the event.
Country detection is based on request headers supplied by hosting or edge infrastructure, such as country headers from Vercel or similar providers. Tutarium uses this information for regional Amazon routing and aggregate analytics. Tutarium also stores a hashed user agent for analytics integrity and troubleshooting rather than storing the raw user-agent string.
Campaign and affiliate data
Campaign links may carry UTM parameters such as source, medium, campaign, content, and term. Tutarium records those values when they are present or when they are configured as part of a campaign. Outbound Amazon links may include affiliate tags configured by the account holder. Tutarium does not control Amazon or other external marketplace privacy practices once a reader leaves Tutarium.
Support and contact emails
If you contact Tutarium at support@mail.tutarium.com, the contents of your message and your email address may be used to respond to your request, investigate bugs, handle billing questions, or improve the service.
Payment information
Tutarium does not currently include subscription billing in this application. If billing is introduced, payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Tutarium would rely on that provider to process payment details and would store only the billing records needed to manage subscriptions, account status, invoices, and support.
How information is used
Tutarium uses collected information to provide authentication, public book and author pages, campaign links, regional routing, analytics, support, abuse prevention, service reliability, and account administration.
Data sharing
Tutarium does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, database, hosting, email, analytics, payment, or support providers where needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or necessary to protect the service, users, readers, or third parties.
Retention and requests
Tutarium retains account, content, and analytics records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain reliable records for authors. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, contact support@mail.tutarium.com.
