These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Tutarium. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Tutarium.
The service
Tutarium provides book-focused marketing links, public book pages, public author profiles, campaign links, regional marketplace routing, and analytics for authors and publishers. It is not intended to be a generic link-shortening service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for your account and for all activity under that account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
Author and book content
You are solely responsible for the book, edition, author, campaign, profile, image, destination, and other content you add to Tutarium. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to publish that content and to link to the configured destinations.
Affiliate links and marketplace destinations
You are responsible for the affiliate tags, marketplace URLs, disclosures, and commercial claims used in your links and pages. Tutarium may help route readers to configured Amazon marketplaces, but you remain responsible for complying with Amazon Associates rules, advertising rules, consumer protection obligations, and any other terms that apply to your links.
Prohibited use
You must not use Tutarium for illegal, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or malicious content. You must not use the service to impersonate another person, misrepresent a book or author, distribute malware, evade platform rules, or interfere with the security or reliability of Tutarium.
Subscriptions and billing
Tutarium does not currently include subscription billing in this application. If paid plans are introduced, subscription prices, renewal terms, cancellation options, taxes, and payment-provider terms will apply as presented at checkout or in the billing area. Continued use of paid features may require an active subscription in good standing.
Availability and changes
Tutarium aims to provide a reliable service, but it is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued where necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, product development, or operational reasons.
Termination
Tutarium may suspend or terminate accounts, links, campaigns, or public pages that violate these terms, create legal or operational risk, or harm readers, users, third parties, or the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutarium will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, marketplace changes, affiliate-program decisions, or third-party service failures arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
